Councillors back renewed focus on serious anti-social behaviour in council housing complexes
“We know there are issues,” said Dublin City Council Assistant Chief Executive Mick Mulhern, at a recent housing committee meeting.
At a special meeting, councillors voted through a list of measures seeking, they said, to address the “increasing erosion of cultural life and space” in the city.
But a gap in legislation means it’s not as easy to take back the award, as it is to give out, say some councillors.
