What’s the best way to tell area residents about plans for a new asylum shelter nearby?
The government should tell communities directly about plans for new asylum shelters, some activists and politicians say.

I took it while walking on Dollymount Strand on an overcast day. I usually do astrophotography, but brought my camera with me to take shots and saw this woman and her dog on a paddle board just gliding through the water.
I put a small filter on it to enhance the over cast day but let the colour of her wetsuit pop.
The lady and her dog weren’t there when I arrived. I had walked to the end of the pier to the statue of Our Lady after getting a coffee, and when I came back she was floating along.
Her dog would jump into the water and get back onto the board, clearly used to it and loving every second of it. The contrast between the overcast day with her black wetsuit and black dog seemed to make a perfect photo so I had to snap them.
