Every two months or so, we put on a live event, usually at The Circular pub in Rialto. We’ve done table quizzes, panel discussions, even a comedy night.

It’s nice to meet up in person, have a laugh and maybe a pint – and answer any questions you might have about the paper, or chat about stories you think we should be covering.

In August, we’re planning a panel discussion on using AI in journalism, probably at The Circular. We’ll add more details here when we have them, and advertise the event via our website, social media and email newsletter closer to the date.

Our Previous Event

On 15 June at The Circular pub in Rialto, from about 7.30pm, our editor Lois Kapila moderated a panel discussion with Dee Reddy of Poddle Audio, Cian Ginty of Irish Cycle.com and Philip Halton of Goblin magazine, about what it takes to launch and sustain a media start-up in Ireland.
