Going into town as neurodiverse person that is autistic feels like an impossible task. The noise coming from loud speakers, traffic, hate preachers on megaphones, and renditions of “Wonderwall” and Ed Sheeran songs coming from buskers’ amps makes it overwhelming to the senses for autistic people to come into the city. I decided to make this the main narrative of my illustration.

I am an illustrator based in Belfast. I enjoy drawing buildings, landscapes, and more. You can find me on Instagram at @jamesashestudio and can reach me for commissions at jamesashestudio.com.
