5 years.. And mistakes all round by the Council / the Government. The crowd who purchased the LAND now want the state to pick up the tab for their oversights…. While their GREED in re-jigging the initial planning is appalling. They should be fined for not using it. But its OK to short lease an amusement park on it from time to time… Longer its left – the more costly it will be to develop.!!
